Privacy Policy

KIYOHARA (hereinafter, the "Company") recognizes that the protection of personal information is an important social responsibility and the Company ensures that personal information will be handled in an appropriate manner in accordance with the policies described in this Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information means any information that can be used to identify an individual,including, but not limited to, name, address, birth date, gender, family status, educational background or occupation.

1. Legal Compliance

For the purpose of full compliance with legal requirements concerning the protection of personal information, the Company has internally established the "Rules for the Protection of Personal Information." The Company ensures that its directors, officers and employees including part-time employees comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.


2. Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company will specify the purpose of use when collecting personal information and will use it only to the extent necessary to carry out such purpose.


3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Except as required by law or other binding regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the individual to whom the information relates.


4. Security

The Company will take all appropriate security measures and precautions to prevent any unauthorized access to or destruction, loss, leakage or falsification of personal information.


5. Staff Training and Awareness

For the purpose of proper management of personal information, the Company will provide training and awareness programs for all of its directors, officers and employees to ensure their full compliance with the policies described in this Privacy Policy, and will monitor their compliance performance periodically on an ongoing basis.


6. Disclosure, or Correction, Addition or Deletion, or Suspension of Use, of Personal Information

The Company respects the right of each individual to have his or her personal information disclosed, or corrected, added or deleted, or withheld from use, and the Company will respond to any such request to a reasonable extent, and within a reasonable period of time, upon confirming the identity of the person making the request.


The Company will continue to review and improve this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis in an effort to demonstrate its commitment to the protection of personal information.
